Public Notice to ePassport Applicants

To All ePassport Applicants:

Starting June 01, 2011, the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo will only accept and process Online ePassport Applications.

For requirements and procedures, please visit the embassy’s website at http://tokyo.philembassy.net/pponline/.

IMPORTANT:

1. The Embassy will send you a Confirmation Email containing the following:
   1. Your Application Number.
   2. Date and Time of your Personal Appearance
   3. Accomplished ePassport Application Form to be printed by applicant.
2. Only those with Application Numbers and confirmed schedules for Personal Appearance will be processed.
3. Applicants who fail to appear on their appointed schedules will have to file a new application.

REMINDER: This Online ePassport Application and Appointment System is not applicable to Lost and Mutilated Passport Applications.
